How do you represent your feelings?

my feelings are in shape and color but i cannot express them, because how do you tell people "i feel really blue and rectangle today"

Mainly words.

I think in pictures when I remember events, or planning events (lika taking a trip with a sailing boat etc).

When I think about what other people will say or think, I think their words. And this is what 90% of my thoughts are occupied with. (Unless I am surely alone somewhere for several weeks ahead, then I have the possibility to focus on more productive stuff).

Usually it's an echo of a sound inside my head. Sometimes with color if they're extreme, but typically just noise.
