And which is the minimum one has to pay in that particular case? There are many things I would do for 1 000 000 that I would even do for 500 000, or for 250 000 and so on. The problem is, that if I do something for x dollars, it is very likely that I would do it for x-1 too. I am just curious to know: Is there a particular sum (how much?) for which you would refuse to put it back?

Thank You, I needed that very much My Friend. My Depression sometimes gets the Best of Me for sure in the end. Sometimes I would just like to end it don't worry I won't do that. I am tired though of all the changes that have taken place here at the Wrong Planet. This though has deepen My Depression in the end. I do Love all You guys and gals so much, I would not Leave You All for even I Care for the Wrong Planet so much. I wish the Depression would just Leave Me and not come back, though I know this is not the way of Depression in the end.

To Alex I will send 500 dollars then even another 500 dollars to fix the Membership Lists. Are You just trying to save money or what. If You can not answer My Question then can You pm Me Your answer. I want to see the Membership Lists up after I send My first 500 dollars Okay. I will send it through the mail since I do not have a Credit Card. I am only willing give You only half to make sure it does get fixed in the end and the other half after that in the end. That is My promise to the Wrong Planet.

I've certainly asked some questions of Alex in the past as to where he sees this site going. Didn't get much of an answer then either. I wanted to know, among other things, whether material here was copyright to WP or to the author or what, as I don't like the idea of writers trawling here for material. Last I was told was that this is Alex's kingdom and he can do whatever he wants, basically the site was still in it's infancy and I don't think anyone knew what was going on. I don't know what the costs/benefits of having a site like this are. You tend to get told it's not a democracy, heh after all there is no real democracy. If you go, let us know where u go to, cos, I think I might follow.

Alex has said that he'll restore the List for 500: I'm sure that's enough for one person to give. Your generosity to WP, and to all of us on it, will perhaps spur a debate about the future of the site and its funding. If it continues to grow, it will incur greater costs. Is a commercial model adequate or even appropriate? We have seen the disruption caused by ads. Can we as a community fund it? Are we a community?

kevv729, your continued presence on WP is worth 500 bucks to me, my friend. If only I had it to send to you. I disagree with you totally when it comes to politics, and I resent the way the right has hi-jacked religion and "Christian values"; that doesn't stop me respecting you or your great posts. Your Pearls of Wisdom are so often exactly that. Your words your way sometimes leave politics and religion behind and show us rare truth and meaning and integrity, lessons to us all. You are what you are in the end, kev, and many of us are in debt to you even without the dollars.

Yeah, i still don't see what the big deal is about the Members List. Is it really worth having such a fit over?

I could give you $1000 but it would be in my own, LF50, currency. I'll just need to print it out and cut it. It's hardly worth the (cheap) paper it's printed on right now. But if I ever take over the world (as is my evil plan) then it will be worth something. It features a big picture of me wearing a crown and grinning, and pointing to where it says "1000 smackaroos."

So if I send the money would that get it fixed or what? What is wrong with it? What is broken with it? If You not going to fix it then it would not really be good for Me to send the money then would it. I have gotten used to using the Membership List hear and there. If You are willing to fix it Alex I am willing to send the money but if You are not willing to fix it then I should not send the money then. It is Up to You Alex. No I am not rich but I have saved up some money over the years of My Life so I am will to spend it. I have not really spent to much of it over the years. It is Your site to do whatever You think is best but it is the members You should think about it. Just somethings to think about for sure.
