I had my walls literally clustered with pictures and posters for a couple of years in the past.

I don't know. Perhaps you may find a poster one day to put up on your walls. :) My room is literally full of SpongeBob SquarePants posters, but that's just my obsession showing!

I'm not sure if it's an aspie thing. My walls are covered in pictures I drew, all of things from different stories I made up. I like being surrounded by things that make me happy, and I love seeing the drawings every day.

I've got 2 posters of ladies in bikinies, which were given to me for christmas by my parents. And before that nothing else.

I'm the same way. I have posters/homemade collages of my special interests up all over my walls. It's very calming for me, because I can look at the pictures as I'm falling asleep or as a way to calm down when I'm anxious.

I don't have any posters on my walls either - I used to, but got rid of them after a while.

The only decorations that I have on my walls are my nametags from music camp and my academic letter.

My walls are totally blank. When I was little I'd have car posters and whatnot, but anymore I really don't get the point.

I have nothing on my walls. I've taped up a few things when I was a kid, and I've got a full-sized promotional poster for Back to the Future that I would love to frame and hang up somewhere, but it would look silly being the only thing on my walls. My entire condo has absolutely nothing on the walls. My friend came over once, walked into my bedroom, and said my room was so bare (just a bed, a clothes basket, and a futon frame) that it made her sad. I never really thought of it that way.

I've always had lods of posters up in my room. when i was younger it was packed full of animals (They were my obsession at that period in time). Now i've got standard student stuff up; you know family pics, poerty, my artworrk, postcards, a few bands.

My posters provide me with an ancor because I've been moving around alot and so if i don't create my room to look the same in every room i move into i just freak out and feel that things have changed to much.

I have a bunch of maps up in my room, and a poster with WWII planes on it. I don't like having posters with people on it; it's to creepy.

not sure--- all my life, living in apartments i've had to keep the walls white. so now i want colors on my walls. but only the ones i choose. not anyone else's. i also want cars on my walls. not people. people are dull. cars are exciting. especially Oldsmobiles. so everyone is different. even in a similar world. i have a painting on my wall, but that was given to me.

I'm not sure if it's an aspie thing. I have tons of posters in my room (all of SpongeBob), although my room once had no posters at all.

Poster post topic

When I was a kid, I was not allowed to put up wall hangings in my room.

Now I have paintings, my diplomas, calendars, brick a brack, and whatnots on my walls--I guess I am sort of eccentric.

No posters, though.
