To add, physically, I like how I feel after having a hot bath.. I like the sensation. People whispering in my ears makes me dizzy, but it's all pleasantness. Also.. Long, fairly firm hugs are bliss, as is the scent of lilacs.

I love fizzy drinks ie, cola, beer, kombucha when I'm health and not money conscious. I'm trying to switch to seltzer water though. Like Kombucha it won't destroy my health. Unlike K, it's affordable for me to drink every day.

I also love the feeling I get from a long aimless shower, with the water pressure, heat, sweat (which is awesome with no clothes on, sucks otherwise), and that I have a flat rate water heating bill ;p.

Somebody in this thread meantioned a light mist. I have to concur with that. Get lots of it in the pac nw.

Other than that, I think I dislike most physical sensations. They are almost always a nuisance rather than enjoyable. I try to pay more attention to visual/aural stuff. I love watching stuff that moves, especially if their is some complex pattern behind it. Water and the fractal waves it creates, for example.

The regular "bearhugs" (Which for some reason tend to be seen as a homosexual tendency but meh..) and backscratching, especially the neck are my favorites.

Also showers that are way too long, way too hot and have way too high pressure in the waterstream.

I like super soft tee shirts, the ones with fine light fabric that feels like it's been washed heaps.
I like steaming hot baths because they ease my muscles.
I like scrubbing with slippery soap and rough facewasher on my face, and rinsing it well with plain water.
I like sand or grass under my feet.
Stroking cats too, or stirring my fingers in marbles.

~ Hot baths.
~ Silk: jacket linings, blanket edges, nightgowns, etc.
~ Steady breezes and light wind.
~ Rain: hearing it or being in it.
~ The hum of multiple air conditioning units along the wall of the college auditorium (the ability to get lost in the loud drone).
~ The sound of the clothes dryer running or the sensation of sitting on the clothes dryer while it's running.
~ A quiet, dark closet calming the sensory overload.
~ Foot rubs (sheer heaven).
~ The sound of rushing or rippling water: water falls, rivers, streams or fountains.

i like having my spine forced straight. i had my friend Jeff do it for me today...... i gotta get a back brace...

Swinging on swings.

Rocking in rocking chairs.

Low, rolling thunder.

Windchimes

Wind in general, but especially blowing through the bamboo around my house.

I really enjoying pooping - it's the highlight of my day

it is definitely a relieving feeling but the stank gets to me sometimes so i dont think i can put it on my favorites exactly but ill slap it on my good list

I used to like the swings in the playground. Then I moved house, and I can't use the new ones because they're too low to the ground. To prevent my feet dragging and not allowing me to swing, I have to splay my feet up and out. Very painful when done repeatedly. No more swings

Being all washed with clean clothes on.

Pulling my blankets around me.

OK seriously, my favorite sensations are...

1. Listening to music - it's like i become one with a great song I like - almost like an out of body experience

2. Reading a book. After a few minutes your imagination really takes off and it's like watching a movie or documentary as you read. As with music it makes me feel a bit 'out of the body'

3. Driving or bicycling. Something about the motion of things moving around me is just very calming

4. Rocking - especially in a rocking chair. Aspies need no explanation why

add sweaty hugs to mine i dont think i ever put that there
