Neuro feedback appears to be very useful. I liken it to tech assisted meditation. It can be used to teach one to use your brain in a 'better' way, and build some useful circuitry in the brain.

Are we talking biofeedback applied to the brain waves? I dunno--I mean, it's not useless or anything; I suppose it could be used to teach relaxation and such; but there are many other ways to do that that aren't so tech-intensive. Maybe once the sensors are cheaper and you don't have to pay ridiculous amounts of money for it, it could be marginally useful.
My advice--Don't pay the money; just learn meditation/relaxation the normal way. High-tech doesn't necessarily mean any better. Probably worse, if you're the type who gets annoyed by having sensors or a headband on your head. I would be.
