The things that seem to draw the most annoyance toward me are my forgetfulness and my communication difficulties.

When I'm trying to translate images into words and nothing makes sense to them! :D

When I make fun of them. They just don't have any self-irony.

The total lack of involvement in trivial topics.

Being patheticly over-sympathetic.

Having a dialect that is hard to understand puts the little extra into it! :P

If it's someone I'm familiar with, then it's preseverating on a particular topic and failing to change the discussion to a subject that they would like to discuss. I can see how unbelievably irritating this is, but I can be oblivious, so the other person needs to check me on it.

In my experience...

1. Pacing. Especially when thinking.
2. Wordplay - puns, quotes, double entendres.
3. Tendency to hum or sing. Lucky for me, I don't whistle, or my colleagues might not be so cheerful.
4. Verbal nonfluency - there are times when I stutter or struggle with words, but it's not an actual stammer. It gets worse with stress.
5. Excessive focus - or its opposite. Depending on how engaged I am by what I'm doing, I can shut out everything else (including the phone, and other people talking to me) or be switching tasks every couple of minutes.
6. Poor time sense. I'm worse with dates than clock times, though I lose track easily. ("What do you mean - that's not due til next month!" "Well it was the first last week, and I need it tomorrow.")
7. Incredibly erratic memory - forgetting recent things, recalling minor ones that nobody else remembers
8. And just the whole social difficulties thing...

I can think of heaps, here are a few to start with:

Forgetfullness, NT sais "Don't forget tomorows meeting starts at 9pm" 5 mins later, AS sais "What time is the meeting tomorow?"
Robotic replies, Yes No Yes No Ok Whatever, 3 bags full sir
Lack of emotion, NT "How do you like your new t-shirt?", AS "well it fits just fine"
Lack of concentration, NT "My doctor siad I should be ok in about 6 weeks", AS "Go away you pesty fly", "what did you say?"
Lack of coordination, AS jumps into bed with NT and smacks NT in the head with his arm, "Sorry darling"
Being silent, NT "Whats bothering you today?", AS "Nothing I'm ok"

Lol!!

I got all of those except the motor problems. I'm actually quite well coordinated and agile..

Others:

Overly pedantic language.

Bringing up scientific facts. Most people don't want to know which neuro-hormone is making them hyperactive, or the differences in temperament between wolves and dogs.

my guess would be literal-mindedness.

That has been my experience. My inability or unwillingness to "read between the lines" has annoyed many of my NT relatives and associates. Also my inability or unwillingness to "take a hint" annoys them no end.

Literalness/lack of ability to read between the lines is a good one. I once told a former supervisor that I wanted to turn in a report a day late because I needed to hear back from the fire marshal. She said "just get it in as soon as you can" and I interpreted that to mean it was okay to wait in order to have a complete report... she apparently meant for me to turn it in that day instead of waiting.

Certain stims seem to annoy some NTs. I used to be accused of being nervous because I stim at work by drumming my fingers on my desk or tapping my feet. No matter how many times I explained that I wasn't nervous and couldn't exactly control it... "You must be nervous..."
