I've heard on here that some people do and it's connected to AS so what is it exactly called and do you do it?

Kidding aside, I talk to myself all the time. For me, it's really just thinking out loud. I'm doing it right now to get through this post.

I think this is a common thing with a lot of people, not just people with AS.

I talk to myself, I wish it were only when I'm alone, but alas that is not the case. Unfortunately I don't really notice that I'm doing it until I finally notice someone watching me

Yes, mostly when I am thinking outloud.If someone asks I just say Im thinking out loud.My dad does this too.
