Online forums aside, virtually my entire support system is in Houston, 200 miles away.

It includes my family, friends of the family, and fellow WP member LiendaBalla. Former WP member Raylynn was in the support system, but she and I have lost contact.

Other than WP?

I have a guy I get to ride with every now and then. He's pretty open minded. Has dyslexia, so he's more understanding. He's a gifted listener, so even if he has no clue what I'm talking about, he makes me feel like the most important person in the world when I'm talking to him.

My best friend. Even before I told him I have Asperger's he accepted me for who I am and talks about stuff in a detailed analytical way. My mom is also helpful. My cellphone exists so that I can talk to my mom. She also helps with girl advice.

Hey Hartz. It's always so cool when we cross paths or bump into each other in a thread. Good to see you. :D

Thanks. Yeah, I cartoonized myself. It's a cool site. My Web Face

No. Not at all. I have various forms of internal escapism (which ultimately backfire) but as for an external, organic support system, I have none.

Right now, WrongPlanet is my main support group. My mother understands some things, but others she completely disregards. My two closest friends are supportive. All three of us are weird and quirky. One of them tends to listen more, while the other has a tendency to interrupt me frequently. I think he has ADD or something.

Yes, I have a good support system; i've told some people about my AS and they are understanding and don't judge me for it.

Nope. Which sucks. I don't look like anything's wrong with me, but I look imposing and aloof. So that's how it is.

I have my mother; she does the driving for me and makes food/pays bills/cleans the house and all that jazz

The government; they don't think I'm capable of working, so they give me some money every fortnight

My father left. My sister isn't help.
