Its something that makes you feel immense enjoyment but instead of a special interest we are talking about things like all of an artists songs. For me when hearing any Green Day or watching any anime including movies and ovas.

Many things, ( films, music, art, books etc ), make my heart sing, but I can't think of any author, musician, film director, actor, etc whose work always makes that happen. Some come close, but there are none who always manage it.

Mucc. I am still amazed at how I can listen to them in whatever mood I am (though not every single song in every single mood), and that they do not have a single song I dislike. There's something in the way the guitar and bass guitar weave their sound together that holds me tight, and the singer dances around the music and me. The drummer is just there, somewhere, but that is alright. He has to be there.
They also teach me amazing words like こもれび, light that is shining through the top of trees.

I can't read what the word is for the light that is shining through trees. I badly want to know what a wonderful word like that is.

Anything by The Waifs, especially their live stuff.

Sorry, forgot I'm not with my usual people. The romanization is 'komorebi'. I typed it in syllables, but it can also been written in characters 木洩れ日 (approx. tree - seeping-through - light).

... did anyone guess yet what my special interest is?

Yes! I only hear wolves on tv, but every morning I hike or run at dawn and hear owl, coyotes and best of all--frogs! Frogs croaking are my "all's right with the world" sound. I have to stop, stand by the side of the trail, and listen for a few minutes, with this dreamy, goofy smile on my face. No wonder folks think I'm deranged.

Walking at night makes my heart sing, because of nature's night music. :)
It's not as good in the city as it was/is in the country, but I still have the frogs, the toads, and the crickets...

Coldplay, definitely.

And rain - the sound of it. If it's raining outside, and I know it, I'm a happy girl.
