Just because theirs is the only flat above yours does not mean they are lying about leaking water into your flat. It is just as likely that there is a broken water pipe behind their walls or yours that they have no way of knowing about. Before you accuse people of lying, stop to consider all the possibilities. And talk to your landlord, but without making unwarranted accusations against your upstairs neighbors. Just say there is water leaking into your flat and say where.

The management made many warnings to evict me, yet in my view the bullying neighbour should have had the warnings not me. But no matter how hard I tried to give evidence and be concise with my side of the story, they were always indisposed to believe the bullying neighbour.

I absolutely know they are lying and know everything they have said, but it seems impossible to challenge them, and I can only conclude that people are extremely clever at using language to turn against aspies and make aspies look like the liars. I am sure many others on this forum have encountered the same seemingly impossible obstacles when it comes to standing up for themselves or defending their rights.

I would try and move out or maybe take pictures of the leak and show them to the landlord.

It's probably nothing to do with the fact that you're an Aspie. NTs (no, sorry - people) do it to each other too - but only the really nasty ones. Don't hold it against them all - there's just a few people out there who will do these things.

It's probably from a leak under the shower/tub or sink or toilet. The only way they could leak water into your apt themselves is from an overflowing sink, toilet, washer, tub, etc. Or from just pouring a lot of water on the floor. Saying they aren't doing it means they aren't having things overflow and telling you to talk to the landlord is the right response because it's some plumbing problem that he will have to have someone come fix.

It's not a lie to say that you're not doing something when your not. It might be coming from above you, but that doesn't mean they are doing it. There are many many places for hidden leaks. You need a plumber for that.
