That was interesting. I like RET/REBT in general, as it cuts through some crap.

However, I still want to learn some things and do better than I'm doing, not just keep being my clueless self.

I used to be shy/phobic. But now it's more like trying to fly a plane when you don't know how -- very, very confusing to deal with people. I want to understand.

Unfortunately I'm sure I have it. I've never had an official diagnosis but I've looked at online tests and results seem positive. :?
