I would say that my main interest would be computers, more specifically on the maintenance, repair and diagnostic aspect.

I LOVE Honda Civics, especially the 96-00 models. It is amazing what you can do to them in terms of modification and performance upgrades. I have a 96 that I bought in November of 2008 with a 160 hp B16A1 from a Del Sol. That motor blew up in November of 09 so I replaced it with the B16B from a Japanese Civic Type R. I also had the transmission replaced as it came with the motor and figured it would be simpler just replace everything at the same time as it came with a limited slip differential. 200 hp out of a stock 11 year old 4 cylinder is a beautiful thing. It screams going down the road and will hit 60 in about 5 seconds, by the time I reach the top of second gear it is going 65... My next step is a weight reduction and new non reclining racing seats...

It's coming along well, I think. I can understand basic greetings and ask questions. :) I am ordering two Swedish dictionary's and another Swedish grammar book. (I'm a second generation Swedish-American.)

Lolita culture -- although hard to expand an interest on with limited funds. I enjoy looking and getting ideas for when I can make it happen.

...and....

Music...writing it, listening to it, making themed wall collages. I love collecting things for my walls (records, band posters, stickers, maps, drumsticks etc)

Completely unrelated...but Eirun...your avatar could be a photo of my dear Devon Rex Cat William, who died just before Christmas. I like the avatar very much. He was a magnificent cat and I miss him terribly. Great to see the pic.

My two biggies right now are House MD and Amanda Palmer.

Basically American TV dramas - from Gilmore Girls to Buffy the Vampire Slayer to CSI to True Blood - and alternative female singer/songwriters - such as Tori Amos, Regina Spektor, Fiona Apple.

The TV thing is definitely primary. I have a degree in literature but what most people don't know about me is that I don't enjoy it anywhere near as much as TV. I feel like a phony. I read for academic purposes but rarely for pleasure. I used to read more. But if I read I won't have time to watch my shows. And if I don't watch my shows...well, truthfully, nothing. If I miss them I feel bad at first but after a while I get on with things, I make progress. It's an addiction and turning into a bad one.

But...I sure do love it. :D
