It is illegal in Europe to advertise percription medication on TV or in print.

There is a strong cultural influence against people from taking medication psycological problems. It is very hard to get perscribed medication for psycological problems, you have to make a case and argue.

But it seems, in Ireland, at least this has changed a bit. But not for a good reason. Psyciatrists are so over worked some tend to just medicate people to make them go away, rather then really treating the person. Also, a reduced sex drive would be helpful to some people with AS, who tend to be involintaraly celabit.

Sorry about my spelling, my computer has partly crashed and I cant access MS Word, going to restart windows.

I take Sertraline as a last resort. It has helped me enormously. There is no way I could even think of having sex when I was badly depressed. I couldn't do much atall actually. This is the first time I have given in and agreed to take medication. Life is so much easier now, I have my confidence back. I still have obsessive thoughts but they are happier ones now!.

WTF are Tuna and Honey meant to do for Depression. Or Milk?. Is there any proof of their benefits?. Personally I would not recommend any of those foods but Bananas, Walnuts and most fruit and veggies are of benefit. And, yes, Flax Oil is brilliant, I drink a couple of tablespoons every day, as does my son.

Ask my Mother... She's a walking encyclopedia of healthy eating and living. :P

Well I'll just have to miss out on the above then, as I refuse to eat anything made of dead bodies or secreted by live ones! ;-)

So no milk, eggs, meat products, fish products etc... Does that make you somewhat vegan? Have you tried vegan cheese?

I heard about Vegan Cheese on LBC 97.3FM a while ago and it interested me.

I am glad that you are able to express yourself in terms of sex.

My son desperately wants to use his tool too and it has caused him a lot of mental pressure. His delayed speech and the rejection from the opposite sex is quite painful.
