I've been on a lot of meds before & I've tried some supplements out before as well; my experience is that everything has side-effects & I am much much better off & more functional not on anything. There are times when people need stuff thou & they can help some people a lot but it's a good idea to do some research 1st & take things slowly to help minimize risk; like do not suddenly start on high dosages or suddenly quit taking things if you are on a high dosage & do not add anything till you've been on something for a while & had a chance to adjust 1st. The kind of supplements you could try for AS would depend on what kind of issues you are having. There are no meds or anything specifically for AS but some symptoms like anxiety, frustration/anger, attention problems, depression ect mite could be helped
