Subatai Ba'adur was a famous Mongol general under Ghenghis and Ogatai Khan. He is one of the greatest military minds in history, and I also suspect that he was an aspie, which would make him one of the earlier ones for sure.

TheMachine1 means "The Machine Won" from a short story I wrote:

Tim_Tex is very self-explanatory:

My name is Tim and I am from Texas.

"Orvaskesi" is a Finnish word for new skin, the kind of skin that appears after sauna visit, when dead skin is removed. I chose it because it is sufficiently obscure even in Finnish, so I was sure it wasn't taken by anyone.

Of course a few days ago, I mentioned that I was accepted to Boise State University in Idaho. If I in fact went there, I would keep my Tim_Tex name because I am very proud of my Texas roots.

"MrMark" means "Mark" was already taken.

Is "and" part of your first or middle name?

From the Latin: Alone little female hound.

My major obsession is dogs, I'm not much of a people person, and I'm a female adolescent. Also, I like Latin. Hence my translation.

SeaBright

It means that the sea is a bright option for me. I don't fit many places and have hard times choosing nicks so it was spontaneous. Also I have a weird time with the double meanings of words popping into my head out of context, and often feel the rebelous 'tard' so it also translated to 'See. Bright. (ie: see, I'm not so ferking stupid...)'
As well I have a blinded (mostly/relatively) eye and it is a reference to flouresents following the dual meanings of word 'sounds' vs word 'written'--ie See! Bright!! !! !! (ouch)

mostly though it was spur of the moment otherwise I would panick and have anxiety with a brain freeze when that daunting box "NICK: " appeared.

Well, I tried to disconnect my real name from my name here which was why it has no relationship to my actual name. I'd say that my name results from the fact I can be prideful at times and seek to use that to maintain my ability and my internal strength and perseverance. I have essentially accepted a level of pride in myself as the best way to maintain myself in a world that is difficult to understand and that changes so easily. The only real constant in life is the individual and if he/she cannot accept or love him/herself then there is much difficulty in that life. So yeah, the name is a reflection of an internal policy designed to maintain a level of sanity in my head.
