need to talk to someone but dont know what to say, how to get what is inside outside, also don't want to say anything that might make trouble and dont know how anonymous this is etc.

You could always post things in the "members only" section. Its anonymous as much as you want it to be.

you are all so kind.
probably you would want to know am diagnosed severe autism, for a long time have been really isolated, do like to be alone and etc. but it is problem with sigh, brain not working, what is inside gets mixed or goes away when try to put it outside, there are things bothering me and dont know what to do

If you choose to post in members only, there are lots of helpful people who could give you advice. It must be really hard for you with severe autism.
