As someone diagnosed with ASD and ADHD I found this very interesting: ASD and ADHD: Overlap and comorbidity

I know that I have benefited from ADHD medication in terms of sustaining attention and I wonder how many others on the spectrum with similar issues would benefit as well.

I was just wondering if any of you that are diagnosed ADHD or ADD ever tried changing your diet to address the symptoms?

My friend has tried it with his kid without much success and I believe the scientific consensus on diet and ADHD is that it might be helpful to a few, but statistically it doesn't generally seem to have any effect.
