Avon from the old sci-fi series Blake's 7.
Scheming, very private, has a special sense of humour, always takes logical point of view, relates better to machines than to people, facial expression often unadequate to situation (famous for his 'smile at the face of death' and being stone-faced when happy), is defiant and oppositional to authority but fails when has to take leadership, has some weird mannerisms, dresses in a decidedly odd way.
This is only what springs to mind immediately though. Oh, also suffers from insomnia.

Avon was super cool.

Here's my suspicions:

Daria - I felt so similar to her it was odd.
Lilo - They're beaaaaauuuuuutiful! *dances to music that's age inappropriate*
Huey Freeman - Random martial arts knowledge, Black History Savant, Revolutionary, Socially Inept with relation to others...
Fred Jones(Mystery Inc.) - TRAPS! TRAPS! Hey guys... let's make a TRAP! Oh hi Daphne.

I list these characters because I feel their traits are very strong (and similar to myself) but there have been some other great mentions in this thread.
Osaka from Azumanga Daioh and Butters from Southpark are also great mentions.

Unadequate facial expressions, rigid speech patterns, socially odd and has some weird special ineterests. Also, tends to read people incorrectly.

HUEY FREEMAN...YES!! !! A few years back, a co-worker of mine cut out the Boondocks from the newspaper and posted it on my bulletin board! He said it PERFECTLY described ME!! !! Except for the part about not liking girls, I agreed with him and felt that I was one with the cartoon!

Dolly Paterson from Travels With My Aunt by Graham Greene
Weird mannerisms, stims when anxious and troubled, repeats words and phrases.
Charles Dexter Ward from The Case Of Charles Dexter Ward by HP Lovecraft.
Areas of special interest since childhood, not very social, dresscode negligence, seem to have communicated predomonantly with close family members. Until the metamorphosis, that is, but then he was taken over by Curwen so it doesn't count.

I never thought of Charles Dexter Ward, but it makes sense  , as Lovecraft himself was doubtlessly an Aspie.
