Can't do the following without w/o a bad reaction:
wheat

corn (including corn syrup which is in virtually everything)

These days I do a "rotation diet" where I don't eat the same (or too closely related a) food without a 3 day break in between. It's boring, but at one point it was getting to where I couldn't eat anything without ending up so sedated I'd be nodding off face-first into my work (soldering) -- despite endless coffee and/or Adderal. For a "minor" problem like a food reaction, it was really horrible.
I'm not a fan of a lot of alternative health stuff, but I think this is one area where modern medicine is lacking. (Modern medicine is great for things that can kill you, but if the problem is not life threatening it seems not as great. ) I.e. I've heard of "food sensitivities" that don't how up on standard allergy tests. The only thing I found that helps it is the rotation diet (3 days in between eating a particular thing), and "pantethine" (basically a "metabolized" form of B-5/pantothenic acid).
Oh, and you probably already did, but if not check into gluten intolerance (celiac disease) and casien intolerance.
How you described your bodys reaction to different foods sounds a lot like my own. And that included when I was on adderall, my very limited diet would have to become even more limited. I have looked into glutein intolerance but it seems unlikely because oatmeal works good for me...no reaction nomatter what kind of oatmeal- it seems to help. Everyone seems to think oatmeal is most likely contaminated with glutein..I am currently eating quaker oats and before that it was kirkland organic oats.
I have not researched casien intolerance...I will check that out.
Was wondering if you could elaborate more on your diet? What exactly do you eat?
