Eeek 8O

I'm going shortly (in half an hour) to see the specialist to be assessed for Asperger's. I feel really, really scared and I don't why.

I wish you luck (although you are probably either already in your appointment or finished with it). Please let us know how it went.

Is this your first appointment? If so don't expect to get an answer today, it usually takes three or four appointments to go through everything.

In either case hope everything goes well for you!

You're already out the door, or maybe done, by now, but it's only 8:15 here and I'm just getting up.

Best of luck - I hope you have a very good evaluator and get an accurate diagnosis.

Well it's now official, I have my Asperger's club membership card. I didn't think I'd get a diagnosis today but then I didn't realise that my appointment was 4 hours long. 8O

Congrats. It's nice to have what you already knew confirmed.

Time to change your diagnostic status!

Are you ok with it? Even though you probably already knew, I'd imagine it's a bit daunting to have it "official," and might take a bit of getting used to.
