Tell me how you feel during over stimulation

My feet and legs and arms tingle. I feel emotional and my heart races. My mind runs so fast I cannot fathom what my thoughts are.
I have these episodes about 5 times a day. They vary only in the length of time.
This is a symptom of AS?

Two modes.

A. I can control levels by focussing, detaching, moving out of range, shutting down.

B. I can not filter. Panic, sweat, anger, snapping at innocent loved ones, raised voice, may throw things.

Not so frequent as by you - but plenty enough.
