While plausible, its unlikely. It seems as though AS is a beast unto itself and the other 2 are smaller/specialized versions of it TO ME. Thats not to say you cant be affected by 2 or all 3 at the same time, but your psych is supposed to differentiate between them by checking your affective behavior, social skills/coping, and your empathy.

If you think about it, ocd and ocpd mean you just have routines and lists, obsessions, but no problem with social skills/coping(probably no speech impediments or issues) . You may still have anxiety, but its your personality instead of nuerology. You dont trust germs so you wash your hands 3 times in a row. Or you dont trust people so you dont talk to them and just alienate yourself on purpose.

AS is a disability in social skills and coping(as well as poor motor skills). You want a social life, friends and to be "part of the world" but you're stuck in your own. Has more to do with hypersensitive senses, and possible stomach problems, auto immune deficiencies, and a lot more. (only reason I know this much is because they tried to label me ocpd...)

My traits are: significant difficulties in social interaction, along with restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior and interests.
I have improved as i've matured into adulthood, but social and communication difficulties still persist.
I also am unable to reconcile changes to food orders. As well as hoarding items that may no longer have any value. I am very obsessive over my preoccupation. Which leads me to think i'm OCPD not AS or Both?
