How does change make you feel?

Depends on what is involved.

The change that I've experienced around December 9th, made me feel vulnerable. I've never reaslised how strong my AS was, until I've read about the last day of the Routemaster, the morning after.

As if my whole world is shattering down around me while I watch helplessly from afar. Oh, and panic attacks. You can't forget the panic attacks...

Depends on the change, i like to have warning of any changes, even a little, or else i start to feel insecure and anxious that other things might change.

It makes me very nervous. My wife painted the kitchen a different color and it was several months before I could enter the room comfortably.

I hate change. Unless it benifits me.. like if a girl decided to love me

Change usually makes me feel very insecure and vulnerable. A warning helps a lot but sometimes I am still consciously reminding myself that it's ok.

depends on the situation. If it's something I like, I'd be thrilled.

I guess it all depends. I don't really connect to the past that much so my attachment to how things were is not very strong. If something in my life works for me I would feel pretty strongly if I lost it. However, I am always trying to improve things like my room and my computer trying to make them as streamlined and comfortable as possible.

For instance, I finally bought some skinning software for my computer so I could get away from those horrid XP themes. For someone who stares at his computer for inordinate amounts of time this was a big deal. I assured myself that if I didn't like it, I could always change it back quickly, and so far I haven't.

For me, switching between routines is pretty easy (like going back to school after being on break). However, I feel restless if I don't have a space to myself like my room at home or my dorm room.

Yes the living room and bathroom are being renovated, I feel like all my gravity has gone. Change makes me feel very nervous and strange.
