You can have access to BBC radio from all over the world. I'm from Romania and I've been listening to this radio for a while now. I wanted to give you the link, but it seems it's not possible for me right now, so I'll just recommend you to google "bbc radio", choose the first result (the official site) and then click "Listen Live".

There are also many BBC documentaries that are worth watching - not on the radio, of course:) -, if you're interested. Unfortunatelly, they aren't legally available in my country so I had to find another way to watch them (not very proud of it, but I think information is more important than this).

Thanks for letting us know.

Is Internet broadband good in Romania?

Have any good technologically-adept friends in the UK, Republic of Ireland or Crown Dependencies?

No, I was just thinking that there are ways that you could quite easily get the televisual streams (many of them which are in HD these days) direct from the UK if you had the means.

Thanks. I've favorited and playlisted those clips.
