What is autism to you: disability or difference?

It's a difference, and a limitation in some areas. It wasn't much of a problem in school because I basically kept to myself and only had a few friends if any depending on the time period, but outside of school is seems like more of a disability because working and functioning has a social element that I'm generally uncomfortable in. So maybe it depends on the environment, but there are certainly limitations.
