Me too and if I wasn't last I was second last to my friend at the time who was gay and ginger, while I was gay and overweight.

I don't think I even got picked at all. So I just walked around doing nothing and nobody noticed.

Always, basically.

two team captains would stand infront of the whole class and take turns picking, I was always the very last, but when it got to me I wasn't picked, one captain would just say "you can have the rest" to the other captain. And I'm fairly fit.

I hated fitness/PE in school and was one of those kids who were always picked last (if even picked at all). I couldn't run very fast or do anything that required catching a ball and I was among the least popular kids at school.

I was always picked last and they would make it a point to because of how weird my muscles were. all the way to high school I couldn't tell if they were just patronizing me so I just assumed they were.

Yes, always last.

But that was because I was very flollopy and prone to falling over my own feet, plus I was not at all speedy. I would have picked me last too.

I was always picked last for everything. Even for the smart things, and I really was one of the smartest kids in the class, if not the smartest. I was DEFINITELY always picked last in gym though. I hate that system where the two captains pick the rest of the kids one-by-one on their team. That can KILL a person's self-esteem, and is really unfair.

I was always last. Once it's been established that you're the guy to pick last, no-one ever dares to pick you, for fear of being ridiculed. Let's face it, PE is just a bully fest, and that includes the teachers.
I did find it amusing however, that after the ritual humiliation of being picked last (usually preceded by a few taunts of "you're getting picked last"), I was expected to actually give a damn about winning. And my "team mates" would go mad if I did something particularly useless, (which was usually deliberate) . Those pathetic little NT children and their pathetic herd behaviour. Good grief.

We rarely did picking, but I wouldn't be picked last because I was fairly decent and liked PE a lot more than a lot of people (so I actually put effort in).

There was one time where I wasn't picked last. It's when I became a self-elected team leader!

I then picked everyone who usually got picked last and I was *hoping* that they'd feel empowered by the reversal in the pecking order and win with sheer enthusiasm, but what actually happened was there was a persistently pessimistic "We're going to lose." attitude and, funny enough, we did. In record time, too!

It was dodge ball and half the team disappeared after the first volley of dodge balls was launched our way!

That day was hilarious and I'm thinking I was probably disliked by some people for that move. Oh well, it's a great memory.

you were picked? I was either "Go to the team with least" or "go read a book"

If there was an even number of people to pick from, I had to be picked. If there was an odd number, then my role was that of scorekeeper if I couldn't beg off to the library.
