Hi folks,

It's been a while since I last posted and feel the time is again due.

For those that don't know me, I am a gender variant M2F (In the preliminary consultative phase at present).
I also have undiagnosed but strongly suspected ASD.

As a general rule, I will always try to look on the bright side, and things like my job and happy home go a long way towards making things right for me.

However, the red beast of anger is never far away, and seems to rear its head whenever things don't quite go my way. It is most likely an automatic reaction stemming from being spoilt as a child.

Wherever it comes from, it can be quite devastating if left unchecked and fear it could ruin career opportunities and general friendships.

I eat well and supplement with MSM, fish oils and a multivitamin.

However, exercise (Specifically running outside), doesn't tend to help "burn off" anger - If anything it gets me more agitated. Perhaps this is not the right form of exercise for me.

I would still have to resolve the testosterone problem as part of any gender alteration, and wonder whether dealing with the anger in concert with this troublesome hormone may form a suitable dual-pronged approach.

Thanks for listening, and as always I would love to hear people's general views and any specific advice.
