I did not make this, but I thought I should share it with the WP community. Much of our social awkwardness comes from our anxiety and our negative self image.

I agree. I think the put on a smile part is a little silly. I think that regardless of a smile, behavior isn't always as awkward as it feels like it is. Holding the door for a ton of strangers, for example. You don't have to smile, but no one think's you're weird, they just think you're polite.
