I didn't know that was making fun, I am serious when I ask that question to people. 8O

Well I am not talking about that, I don't mind if someone honestly has to ask.....but I have had people sarcastically say that just to try and pick on me, which is not very nice.

I've been called a lot of things, but never creepy.

Apparently, my nickname in college was "creepy *name*".

Yet people thought I was "sweet". Dunno how that works in the NT brain.

I still got along with people and dated just fine though, so don't take it too hard.

Not a lot. But that's because I take steps to avoid behaviour and situations that might tempt people to label me as creepy. It happened more in the past, and I realised how much hysteria there was about it and there's no doubt, it was emotionally affecting my life, therefore starting to take steps to address what might be creepy about my behaviour.

I can only remember one particular incident which was fairly recent, where I wanted to read something on a friend's shirt (female friend) and some people thought it a bit creepy because of breast-staring issues (I don't understand why people wear text on their chest if they don't want people to look at it, but meh). For the rest, maybe behind my back, but I don't know about that.

I got called a weirdo.. and a narcissist.. creepy? maybe by my parents and siblings.. No one at school has called me that to my face, although I'm sure they think that of me.

Too often. Usually when I walk into a room, or join a group of my friends talking, I just stand there awkwardly and don't say anything. Mostly because I usually have nothing interesting to say. Unless they're talking about something related to a special interest.

I have a habit of just standing there, staring off into nothing, while I contemplate things. My mind runs a million miles a minute, so sometimes I have to stop and just stand still to regather myself. Apparently me standing there alone is creepy. Oh well. I know I'm not, nor do I make an effort to be creepy.

It's probably part of the reason I've been single since 2009 :O

My sister calls me creepy a lot, but other than that, not really. I get called awkward mostly.

Completely off-topic, but did sartresue have a name change, or did she just leave the forum?

I was reading this page, and thought 'O look, haven't seen sartresue in a while'.

No, but "weird", "crazy" and "scary", so I guess that's close.

I have been called 'strange'' and ''weird'' often. It's not surprising since I don't make much eye contact and generally appear ''off'' and different.

I get called names everyday from neighbours and even people I considered as friends to my face, yelled at me or behind my back or on facebook. I get called weird, nutter, basketcase, queer, strange, pyscho, mental patient, freak, ret*d, dumb and stupid.

Hate to break it to you but creepy is referring to your looks, not your behavior. Women call men "Creepy", aspie and NT alike, when they don't find us sexually attractive. Obviously it's not socially acceptable to call men ugly in public, so creepy is used instead. If we were better looking, it would be "cute and shy", not "weird and creepy".
