Everytime I visit the supermarket, I have to bring along one of my parents.
I cannot stand the noise around me and the beeping noise made by the checkouts.
It is worse when I have to go shopping on weekends and the place has kids running around, bumping into me and more...

I can go on and on about describing each situation and more.
However, I almost always have a severe headache from these situations.

Once I get home it starts to get weird but it is normal enough.
I start laughing at my problems in my room, sometimes I craddle my plush toys and calm myself down.
I used to pace around a lot but suddenly it has turned to laughing at my non-functionality.
I have to laugh myself to sleep now, otherwise I just cannot fall asleep.
I have been told not to laugh because it is a serious issue but I find myself throwing things around, or jumping around if I force myself not to.
When I get ultra-stressed I hit my head a lot and try to knock my head against the wall.

My life is a mess but I still laugh at it.

I only started laughing a few weeks ago, so I am quite concerned.

I laugh because I truly find my problems funny.

I laugh too because a part of me knows my problems/actions are funny while I can't stop doing/feeling things anyway. My friends know about my aspergers and laugh at me when I start stimming i.e. going around in circles or talking to myself. I don't know if laughing can be a way of stimming, but I do laugh at everything for no reason when I'm stressed sometimes.

I laugh at the way I over-analyze my problems, like this.

I laugh at myself because some of my problems must be hilarious to people around me. I once wrecked my bike on a curb along a busy street. My first thought was wondering what the people passing by in cars thought about it. I figured they'd find it pretty funny that I just clumsily crashed into a curb, so I started laughing hysterically despite my busted wrist and bleeding arm.

I always laugh at my problems. My best friend and I laugh about my undergarments and we laugh about bodily functions saying that they're funny.

If it's the actual noise that is a problem, could you try earplugs to muffle it a bit?

I deliberately avoid the supermarket at weekends purely because the crowds make it less efficient to shop then.

I laugh sometimes, and I reckon my disaster situations would make a great sitcom.

Sometimes I do laugh at myself too. Especially when I feel an "Aha" moment interpreting my odd behavior, and I find it funny or just plain pathetic... Surfman used this as his signature for a time: "Remember to laugh at yourself, everybody else does." How true! :D

I manage a grouchy chuckle from time to time - usually when someone's just pointed out some typically aspie pattern that I'm blindly stepping through. If I couldn't laugh about it things would be a little bit grim.

No I don't laugh at my problems. I take them very gravely and I find it hard to rest until I've solved them. I know I'm supposed to lighten up and laugh these things off, but it wouldn't be me to do that. Deepdown I'd still feel upset that I hadn't solved everything. I get kind of locked onto difficulties and can't seem to take a break...possibly I just fear that once I've been distracted from an unsolved problem, I'll never be able to face it again.....sort of hanging on in there so I don't lose my nerve or my memory. I can break off for sleep when I'm exhausted but on waking I'll still be thinking about it, and I probably dream about it too.

Is this the situation at your supermarket during off peak hours? I usually try to avoid shopping during peak hours, because it's more crowded and things can be messier, so finding what I want is more difficult.

Not usually, but it's a good idea.

I thought I was the only one to go across the zebra crossing like that (provided it's a side road and there are no cars).
