Does eye contact get better or worse when you are angry with someone or listening rather than talking?

Trying to talk and look someone in the eye is almost impossible for me, whilst I can listen whilst looking in the eye (For a little bit, and I will likely end up missing allot because of it)
As for anger and eye contact, I personally get better eye contact when I'm angry. However this is mostly because I don't really think when I'm angry and I, well it kind of feels to me like I can hurt someone just by staring at them...

Thank you. Those are my experiences, also. When I am angry, my eyes feel like lasers. Unfortunately, I lose my words. My ability to communicate verbally falls apart.

When I'm angry (or experiencing any other negative emotions) it's definitely harder to make eye contact. I think it's the hardest to when I'm overwhelmed/overstimulated and can't get out of the situation; I can't even look in the direction of anyone. This happened a lot when I did Occupational Therapy.
Then when listening and not talking, I don't feel like my eye contact gets worse... Other than when I'm experiencing negative emotions/feelings, my eye contact is actually pretty good. It was nonexistent when I was younger (say, until I was 11 or 12) but it's gotten much better. I can still make improvements, though.

Better when angry, worse when listening.

Sometimes, I hyper-focus when I'm angered so my eye contact is direct and unflinching.

Eye contact is going to be stronger for anyone when they're angry... Obviously mine is. And of course stronger with the opposite sex.

I used to glow red. Luckily, when I got older, that stopped. I also don't know what to do with my arms and hands. Not a problem, here at WP.
