Someone actually once told me that Aspies coud be the next stage in human evolution. I think he meant that we might be a more evolved form due to our focusing abilities and sensitivity-?

Is this your TLKFAA account?

I don't think I'm ment to be human, because i just don't to fit in. I've always wanted to be a panther beautiful, graceful and almost care free. All the human life has gave me is pain, deppression and a label. :(

I hate being human, asides from the social ineptitude, it's the skin really. I'm not sure if this goes for everyone but skin is oily, itchy with hair that serves no other purpose than to make the itching worse. Not to mention the fact that anything we touch gets covered in oily smudges and that just drives me insane(er). I'm honestly convinced that human skin is an evolutionary dead end. Furthermore I proclaim myself to be the bane of dermatologists! As well as my previous title, the bane of anthropology I will find time! Anyway... that got away from me towards the end... Does anyone else have this? The skin thing or the rant thing.

I don't know, I never really believed that theory that people with AS are the next stage in human evolution, but then I never disbelieved it either. I'm not going to get into a religious debate about weither people eloved from apes or if neandratals were a seperete species, they were still primates; I never felt like a primate. I felt as if I was supposed to be a feline.

Thanks, QueenCheetah! When people see my pictures and then find out I am autistic or vice versa, a lot of them automaticaly assume I am some kind of "savant". Do they realise how long it took me to do those pictures? It's so frustrating when people don't realise you work so hard on something and think that you can just snap your fingers and have a masterpeice right then and there.

Try explaining that to a fundamentalist who believes we were made from clay by their deity and that all humans descended from one couple. Some people are aggressively ignorant.

I've often wondered if there was anything uniquely human.

could it be art? I think those singing birds would disagree if they had the faculty, and they sure make there nests look like it in some places.

Is it war? That's a popular misantrope one, but any glance at the animal kingdom will reveal a world filled with agression between species and "governments" over economic reasons and more, it's not war.

Maybe it's language? Noam Chomsky said it is, but now we're seeing that Dolphins seem to speak a language, while chimps can learn sign language.

I'm now convinced it's the desire to be an animal.

You know they don't have toilet paper.

Animals also lack the internet. Probably. If anyone is willing to listen to my theory that animals are actually super intelligent and merely humouring us by acting as animals whilst communicating through a hyperadvanced telepathic network by whi-wait, where are you going? Come back, I have proof!
