Does probiotic yoghurt help with concentration if so is it an immediate effect.

No but the Calcium in the yoghurt is needed by the brain, helps ward of Alzheimers. Yoghurt is very good as the bacteria will relieve some burden of your immune system and taken regularly will make you feel better and maybe live longer!

I've never seen yogurt spelled that way...with an h after the g.Is it just a UK thing or are Americans weird for not spelling it like that?

what is the difference between probiotic yogurt and regular yogurt that has whatever bacteria in it that is supposed to be good for your gut???

Yeah in the UK they spell yoghurt that way

***More active (live) cultures in the yogurt? Sweet.

I do know that probiotics are recommended by my son's physician to improve stomach function---which means that he will have lessened stomach pains and better nutrient absorption----which in turn leads to better concentration (in theory).

For my kiddo, we noticed an improvement in "functions" after 5 days.

Truthfully, he seems happier, but I wouldn't say that he's concentrating any better.

Just my experiences.
