I got existential thinking. In different test it said I was spatial, I believe. When I was a kid I wanted to be a scientist and I wanted my own lab to make chemical concoctions. But most of all I want to be on a private ranch outdoors with animals, horses, dogs, cats, goats (for milk or pets), guns, and experimenting with indoor hydroponics or indoor/outdoor aquaponics for growing food.
I seem to never understand the word "existential" and often have to look it up. I guess it means relating to existence or experience. I found the words empirical, experience, and "observation rather than theory". But I like rationality too, I love some of it when it is "outside of the box" thinking. I have spent a lot of time thinking and describing how I see the political and social structure that I see and have learned that people get quite offended because they identify themselves with that very structure. I once read a book by a cultural anthropologist existentialist and he really helped me understand that.
It said Martin Luther King was an existential thinker and I like he kept his principles without fearing any man.

I wanted to do it, but I'm still in high school and I don't have a career... so I don't want to mess anything up by lying.
That's how I always am whenever they have questions on tests like these. I wish they had a "still in school" option, or something like it.

I came out as an "intrapersonal thinker", meaning I like to reflect on my own interior.
Yup, that's me!

Linguistic thinkers:
Tend to think in words, and like to use language to express complex ideas.
Are sensitive to the sounds and rhythms of words as well as their meanings.

Shakespeare was this. Hmm... It's accurate enough. I feel as though I should have gotten at least a dual type, though.

- spacial thinker
- musical thinker
I am thinking in pictures, so I need a long time when someone asks me something like today: "How is [...] doing?" Then I see that person in all stages of his age from where I know him and from those pictures I try to get an answer, but it is not easy, because I cannot come to a conclusion, but it can be because the faktor "time" dissappers and I try to find the answer in a whole time-line. Also a question about what I write in my personal records and then I see my book, where I write in and "read" it in my mind page by page to try to make a summary from all what I have written. I can visualize whatever object I want and turn it in all degrees.
music: YES!

Heh, I could tell you which of these options I was even without answering the questions.

I'm Logical-Mathematical and Naturalist.

The one that fits me most is definitely Naturalistic. It also classified me as an Existential Thinker, which is also apt. I think I'd also consider myself a Spatial Thinker, though, and probably a Logical-Mathematical thinker. I didn't get those because although I think in pictures, I haven't ever really developed the associated skills much, and in fact, I don't have all of them.

Got three:

Quote:
You are an Intrapersonal thinker

Intrapersonal thinkers:

Spend a lot of time thinking about and trying to understand themselves
Reflect on their thoughts and moods, and work to improve them
You understand how your behaviour affects your relationships with others

Other Intrapersonal thinkers include
Sigmund Freud, Gandhi, Grahame Greene

Careers which suit Intrapersonal Thinkers include
Psychologist, Teacher, Pilot, Child care worker, Explorer, Drama therapist

I have studied psychology and am currently an online university instructor.

I had to learn to think this way in order to survive...guess it took.

Quote:
You are a Naturalist Thinker

Naturalist Thinkers:

Like to understand the natural world, and the living beings that inhabit it
have an aptitude for communicating with animals
You try to understand patterns of life and natural forces

Other Naturalist thinkers include
Charles Darwin, Jane Goodall, Johnny Morris, David Attenborough

Careers which suit Naturalist thinkers include
Biologist, Meteorologist, Forester, Farmer, Astronomer, Alternative therapist

Animals seem to gravitate towards me, and vice versa.

My B.S. is in Psychobiology--guess that combines Naturalist with Intrapersonal.

I have LOVED astronomy for as long as I can remember.

Quote:
You are an Existential Thinker

Existential thinkers:

Like to spend time thinking about philosophical issues such as "What is the meaning of life?"
Try to see beyond the 'here and now', and understand deeper meanings
consider moral and ethical implications of problems as well as practical solutions

Other Existential Thinkers include
The Buddha, Gandhi, Plato, Socrates, Martin Luther King

Careers which suit Existential Thinkers include
Philosopher, Religious leader, Head of state, Artist, Writer

Hmm...I need to take up personal writing again. Comparative religions have always interested me.

Overall--wow. 8O

You are an Intrapersonal thinker
Intrapersonal thinkers:
Spend a lot of time thinking about and trying to understand themselves
Reflect on their thoughts and moods, and work to improve them
You understand how your behaviour affects your relationships with others

Like intrapersonal thinkers, Leonardo worked hard to improve all aspects of himself. Other Intrapersonal thinkers include
Sigmund Freud, Gandhi, Grahame Greene

Careers which suit Intrapersonal Thinkers include
Psychologist, Teacher, Pilot, Child care worker, Explorer, Drama therapist

You are an Existential Thinker
Existential thinkers:
Like to spend time thinking about philosophical issues such as "What is the meaning of life?"
Try to see beyond the 'here and now', and understand deeper meanings
consider moral and ethical implications of problems as well as practical solutions

Like existential thinkers, Leonardo questioned man's role in the universe. Many of his paintings explored the relationship between man and God. Other Existential Thinkers include
The Buddha, Gandhi, Plato, Socrates, Martin Luther King

Careers which suit Existential Thinkers include
Philosopher, Religious leader, Head of state, Artist, Writer
