I just got a PDD-NOS on top of my Aspie diagnosis from the consultant psych.
Apparently, I am supposed to be a 'little bit' of both.

Genius that man, met and talked to him for less than two hours of my life.
I keep my mind open.

But I am going to push them a bit harder on this.

I am the parent of an ASD teenager; on the Baron-Cohen test I was short of a likely autism diagnosis but not too far off

Did the test for fun as I would like my son to try it (he doesn't think he has ASD).

A friend of mine last night asked if I'd ever been diagnosed with Aspergers. I said, What?!

He has a PhD and is a special ed teacher who deals with kids with neurological disorders.

Until he mentioned Aspergers several times last night, I never thought the word even fit me.

So are my scores truly Asperger-ish?

The thing is since I spend hardly any time with other people, how can I know how they view me?
