I wrote a letter or statement about what happened that night to the store manager. the employee had a lack of disrespect and yelled that I was f*****g stupid it would have been f*****g done by now every body in this job is f*****g lazy i do most of the f*****g work in this job. I explained in the letter that I had aspergers and can't tolerate people yelling. Would this employee be fired? He was fired for some thing else. But at least 5 people over heard what the employee said and said I should do something about it and not let him talk to me that way. The best thing that I could do was write that letter. So I'm hopping something good will come out of it... I don't like to mess with other peoples jobs cause karmja is a b***h I believe you should leave employees alone and let managers deal with it and let the employee make the mistake and nature would take its course instead of trying to get someone fired. But when you show disrespect towards another employee then that is just something else.

his behavior was horrible whether or not you have asperger's. he should be reprimanded or fired, depending on company policy.

Meh. To quote Randy from My Name is Earl, "karma doesn't have fists" or the ability to write a letter calmly explaining unacceptable behavior. If you believe in karma, it sounds to me like your aspergers was only tangentially related to you acting as its instrument. You described unacceptable behavior in any workplace.

People have to be able to "take it in life." Someone yells and you either calmly respond, or you walk away. Sometimes telling the boss is appropriate, and sometimes it's not.

But, employees should never curse and yell in the workplace. That's ghetto, and immature. I wouldn't tolerate an employee who was that profane and who violently yelled. Out they go. And, I couldn't care less if my employee had Asperger's or anything else. Violent yelling and profanity is the problem.

I don't see what the OP is asking. They said the person was fired. Then they ask if the person *will* be fired. Um, what? Was he already fired or not?

WTF does he need thicker skin for? The guy isn't his friend or family. He's at a place of business not a social event. If the guy has a problem with him he can talk to a supervisor. The guy was a douche bag and deserve to be fired. I don't think bending over and taking it is the best option.

He might get written up and/or given a verbal reprimand. He could be put on probation and/ or given a leave of absence. He could be fired. Nothing might happen.

A few factors THAT might come into play: Employment Policies. Does the company think you will sue for Work Place harassment, mental distress, etc as it relates to Aspergers ? Type of relationship the foul mouth employee has with those in charge.

Well I was worried to cause he ate my chips so he left half a bag of my chips. So i rubbed my spunk in it and i don't know if he ate them but the chips on the table disappeared after he left so I think he took him home and ate them. I told some employees what i did they said I could get fired for what I did. Turns out I got nothing to worry about. our store manager must of wrote an email to our overnight manager about the situation with his language cause I'm off monday tuesdays and wednesdays. I came back thursday and an employee said he is no longer with us :). He told this girl to go f**k her self and someone from second shift heard what he said so they both went to the manager. He was called in the office. Could have blown it off like it was nothing and still kept his job but he cussed out the manager and was fired (probably cause of the email the store manager sent to the overnight manager if she did i don't know.) But he got fired. So I don't have to worry about getting fired for adding a little spunk to my chips that he probably ate lol.

This prank is a crime -- the adulterating of food with semen. A conviction will put you in prison. Better hope nobody tells on you or the guy finds out.

And you're still a pervert.

wasn't semen i just rubbed my d**k over every thing its my chips i could do what i want with my chips. now on the other hand eating someone elses chips without permission is stealing now thats a crime ^^. But like i said I don't know if he ate them after i did that all i know was that the chips disappeared after that if he threw them away or took them home with him I don't know. All I know is that they disappeared off the table after he left. I'm pretty sure that when it comes to food adulterations there talking about major food manufacturers that sell food and add different chemicals to it like metal coloring etc. but for a single person that just buys food and eats food for personal use doesn't fall under food adulteration.
