Any Aspies here going to Cancun for Spring Break?

How will the lack of social skills impact your experience of going to places like Cancun for Spring Break?

That seems like a nice place.
I've seen it in some movies.
However i don't have spring break nor do i live in America/Mexico so i'm unlikely to ever go there

I'd rather be pushed off a cliff than go to Cancun during Spring Break. I plan all my trips to make sure I'm at my destination during the "slow season."

Not all of us have a lack of social skills, so please don't automatically imply it. To answer your question, I'm not going anywhere as far as I know of for spring break.

I used to think Cancun was a nice place for spring break. But then I discovered something that blew my mind. It's a vacation with escorts! You stay in beach house, where everything is included: a room, food, drinks, alcohol, one excursion, and last but not least, escorts. Obviously, the price is outrageous, but you'll be going back to the airport with a big goofy grin on your face (and that's if you won't be too worn out to walk). The resorts are located on beautiful beaches, in locations like the Carribean, Central America, or Venezuela.

... and you can return with syphilis, hepatitis or HIV as a souvenir!

I thought that a lack of social skills was sort of part of the definition of an aspie. If not, could you please explain otherwise?

That's how it is for the majority, but it shouldn't be implied to every single person. I have other friends with AS who are also social.

BTW, welcome to WP! :)

I wouldn't mind implementing the Creation Theory upon some good-looking ladies...

Pity they're shallow and I'm ugly :D

Nothing wrong with my social skills.

I live in Australia, so I wont be traveling to America for their Spring Break.

Cancun seems like a nice place but partying without your mates? I'll pass.

I will be working this spring break. I haven't been to Cancun, but I've been to Cozumel.

In Texas, South Padre is THE Spring Break destination--second only to Ft. Lauderdale in the whole country.

When I lived there, we often went to Galveston Island. Have you ever been there?
