Up until recently, no. Lately, I've been eating an egg once every 3 days or more, and baked beans every other day. I also have some nuts/seeds about once a week. I don't really go out much, so it's hard to tell if I've "improved". Although I have felt this need to meet people my age since, but that might just be the loneliness getting to me, I've always had a strong interest in socialising, I believe it's my nature.
