Holy crap...15! This makes me want to create a thread/pole about how many tabs people have open on their computers (on average). I hardly ever have more than 2 and the two are music in the background and whatever I'm doing. If I don't have music in the background I almost always have just one...............but as I said in my other post most ppl I know have multiple tabs open on their computers......

Yesterday I had so many tabs I kept losing my place. "Now where was that tab again?.."


:D that is quite a lot of tabs! I get overwhelmed by the number of things I've got going and forget which tab is which when I have only 5 tabs open. It's got to be partly bcs I have crappy visual spatial memory because of my learning disability.

I always have 5-10 tabs and no diagnosis.

This sounds purrrty normal to me. Tab control can be a major problem for me. Oh no, so many tabs, how will I eggsert control over them all? Ooops, that's just the control freak showing in me. It sounds like you just like to pursue your special interest lots lots lots.

I currently have over 80 tabs open.

I counted them, but I forgot the precise number due to being distracted by something else after counting. Most of them just languish while I read other stuff, but I usually flip between multiple tabs every few minutes, sometimes on multiple topics. Sometimes just the one single topic that has 100% of my interest.

One thing that annoys me is that my windows have to be in a certain order and have certain tabs in each browser window. If the order gets rearranged (say the browser stops responding briefly), I have to close windows or move tabs until everything is in the proper order again.

Having them in a particular order doesn't annoy me. It's the tendency for both Chrome and Firefox to rearrange the windows during high CPU usage (like running a game).
