I have a 52 point gap between my VRI and PRI.
My highest sub-test score was "Similarities," which is a measure of your ability to reason verbally. I hit the ceiling with a 19.
My lowest sub-test was "Matrix Reasoning," which is a measure of your ability to reason non-verbally. I scored a 5 on that test.
As for what symptoms might be caused by this, that question is a tad too broad for me to answer. You're probably angry/frustrated because non-verbal tasks tax your brain's energy reserves to a great extend, making you tired. At least, that's how it is with me. BTW, congratulations on being the first person I've met with a VRI > PRI gap bigger than mine.
If you're curious, the rest of my scores are as follows:
Quote:

You might be able to improve your score. I can't improve mine. My brain is busted.
