I used to bite my wrist when I got apprehensive, but I don't do it anymore.

If a callous forms there I will bite it off. Cuticles, bottom of wrist, knuckles, inside of palm.

I still do, not even when I'm stressed, either, but just... just to do it? I dunno...

Still do.
During on particularly stressful time my left wrist was constantly sore and swollen from being bitten so much.

Where is the "yes" poll option? Because my answer would be "yes" I still, in my twenties, bite myself when I'm stressed. I bite myself sometimes when I'm not stressed, too.

I'll often lightly chew on my finger, my shirt, a piece of string, my cheek, or my tongue.

Sometimes, when I feel very stressed or upset, or am trying to clear my head of perseverant/OCD thoughts, I'll smack myself hard on the arms, head, cheek, or back of the neck. It really works. It clears my head and reduces my stress.

I have a small callus on my right big toe. It doesn't cause me any discomfort, but I pick on it with my fingers, a bit like how I pick spots.

I bite around my fingers, my cheek and used to bite between my thumb and forefinger. I don't think I will ever grow out of it.
I sometimes work with people who are autistic and some of these people have damaged their skin to the point of permanent callouses and open wounds.

I've been biting my index fingers since I can remember. It can be both a nervous thing and a more angry stress/overstimulation thing where I end up biting harder. I have callouses on both fingers and drew blood once, but it's nothing compared to my brother, who has open wounds on the backs of his hands.
