The first I get, but not the second.

Spur of the moment violence is very ADHD, and very UN aspie.

But computer hacking- Id be amazed if there wasnt a statistical spike in the number of aspies caught doing that.

Counterfitting money maybe- might be a good career choice for the morally unencumbered aspie who has a love of engraving, and graphic design.

Thats about it.

People with Aspergers might be more likely to commit domestic violence.

Perhaps, as some of us are more likely to be taken advantage of, which could lead to a violent outburst against the abuser.

I can definitely see stalking. It's so hard to tell whether someone is shy like oneself or experiencing a technical outage or just hoping you'll go away.
I can also see impulsive violence, i.e. self-defense in situations where people of other neurological configurations would not be in enough pain and distress to require defensive actions, or in situations a neurotypical would never be subjected to in the first place.
I can almost even see arson, though it would seem rather unethical to set something on fire without overt permission from everyone who had property in the vicinity. It's just: Teehee, 'splosions!

Can't see the part about sexual crimes, though. Aren't most of us too intimidated by physical closeness to subject ourselves to it without even having the other person's cooperation? Aren't most of us far more empathetic than average when the other person's emotions are actually perceptible? Wouldn't most of us suck at even luring someone into a rape situation in the first place? It would seem contradictory to the most common autistic limitations.
