High-pitched sounds. Any sounds that are unpredictable. Worst of all are high-pitched, unpredictably varying sounds.

Vacume cleaners.
Chain saws, whipper snippers, blowers, motor cross bikes, ect.
Lawn mowers in the distance only, I don't have any issue when I mow my own lawn, only when someone else mows theirs.
4x4 chunky tyres on the road (<- /rage hate this one ).

DvD menues that have loud and short music clips before they loop (demanding my attention).

I collect vinyl. That would be awful if I couldn't stand surface noise 8O

Door squeaking (never seems to end)

Excessive noise due to brattiness - we have a horrible neighbor currently who never stops slamming his front door. (Some days, there are bouts of it occurring every few minutes.) It's similar to living next to a cannon-firing practice range.

Microphone feedback.

People having a heated argument.

I collect vinyl also, and so to deal with it I got into the field of audio restoration using CEDAR.

'Dry' sounds- scratching on carpet (used to hate it when kids did it at school), rubbing against dry plastic etc. Also the noise of people chewing. And the sound of the dentist's needle- HATE that!

Squeeks from brakes, -- especially trainbrakes. They are so loud. Metallic sounds, ceramic things colliding, high-pitched voices, nails on blackboard (classic) or on nylon stockings (ouff!).

Quicker to ask what noises I can stand... :P

Vacuum cleaners
People slamming doors (my neighbours did this until 12.30 yesterday morning)
Babies screaming
Screeching brakes
Noisy eaters
People sucking their fingers, biting their nails, etc.
Hand dryers

Engine noise of cars, buses, trucks etc. Also their running noise. I find it extremely distressing.
child/baby screaming
vacuum cleaner/rubbish blower
chainsaw
unwanted music

I love silence.

Whistling, crying, metal being hit against glass, screaming, talking, argh! I hate all of these and more.

I forgot to add these sounds: The sound of someone speaking who sounds like they need a drink of water (you know, the moist sticky sounds that accompany their words) or the sound of people kissing passionately in a movie (especially if I am listening with headphones.)
