I thought there was a thread on this subject somewhere on the site, but I can't find it. Oh well, here goes.

Breakfast. Frosted Flakes this time.

Image

Lunch. We ran out of milk (skim) and I "had" to drink the diet Dr. Pepper w/out caffiene.

Image

Dinner. Still no milk, Dr. Pepper again. General Tso's chicken (poorly made at that) and I already ate two egg rolls.

Um, Peter. What the hello was that last picture???

Anywho. My meals today:

Breakfast: No breakfast. I woke up at 10:00am and was on the comp until about 2:00pm.

Lunch: Sandwich consisting of ham and bologna on French bread with cheese and tomato slices. Two chicken egg rolls (the healthy kind).

Dinner: Just had a snack because the fridge was seriously lacking food. A slice of Swiss cheese.

Beverages throughout the day: Too many sodas. Two Cherry Cokes and three Mountain Dews (can size). Water after the sodas. But prolly not enough water to keep me from regretting the sodas...

Speaking of food, I should prolly get myself something else to eat so my blood sugar doesn't drop unhealthily.

The bars were made from dried fruit and nuts. The cylindrical one is date, walnut and honey, and the rectangular one is currant, walnut and honey.

Peter: looks like super-awesome tasty food! I am a big fan of vegetables / nuts / fruits mixed together. These things look extremely nutritious.

Depends on if I get up at 11am or 5pm (I'm a night owl).

Breakfast/lunch- ghetto (non-name brand) cocoa crispies, "Marshmellow Treasures", the Kroger version of Lucky Charms, ghetto rice krispies, ghetto cocoa puffs, any cereal that doesn't cost more than sirloin steak.

Snacks- I try not to but some fruit, chocolate and my morning glass of Coca Cola or orange juice.

Din-Din -Fried Catfish, french fries, pot pies, tacos, hamburgers, chicken and noodles, neckbones and spagetti(?), always corn on the cob, hot dogs, sometimes breakfast food like pancakes and bacon.

Oh, and always with a glass (or three) of Coca Cola, otherwise, I go into withdrawal.

Dessert- ice cream fudge sundae with nuts in a waffle sugar bowl or chocolate. Chocolate's a girl's best friend.
