^That list covers pretty much everything you need to know (and then some), but I'll boil it down to the ones that seem to crop up the most on here:
ABA- applied behavior analysis
ADD/ADHD- attention deficit (hyperactivity) disorder
APD- auditory processing disorder
AS- Asperger's syndrome/autism spectrum (I've seen it be used more frequently for Apergers, though)
ASD- autism spectrum disorder
ASPIE- a person with Asperger's, but you'll rarely (if ever) see that capitalized
AUTIE- a person with autism, same deal as above
BP- bipolar
DSM-IV- Diagnostic Statistical Manual, edition 4 (though I think it has since been updated to edition 5?)
DX- diagnosis
HFA- high-functioning autism
LD- learning disability
LLD- language-based learning disability
NOS- not otherwise specified
NT- neurologically typical (usually shortened to "neurotypical")
OCD- obsessive compulsive disorder
PDD- pervasive developmental disorder
PTSD- post-traumatic stress disorder
SID- sensory integration disorder
SSRI- selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (a class of antidepressants)
TS- Tourette's syndrome
YO- year old (e.g., 25 y/o)
But then again, that's just my experience on the boards I hang out on (mostly the adult ones). What you'll see on some of the others might be a little different....
Either way, I hope I helped
