For 3 days now I have been right on the edge of losing my goddamn mind and offing everyone in my sight....

Okay maybe not to that extreme but holy effin shiznit I'm ready to blow.

What are some things you find reduce your anxiety?

I don't even know why I feel this edgy. Maybe I approaching a visit from aunt flow, that neurotic biatch (jk, that's me).

Music, talking, etc.... I'm ready to cut my ears off.

The first minute or so of this song is pretty calming. It does get more ominous as it goes, and if you watch it all the way through, (don't really recommend that if you're on edge) there's loud screaming at 5:10.
It makes me feel better because it means something to me, but the beginning is very sweet sounding.

I, too, have been a bit more edgy than usual as of late. :/

Staying hydrated can help with both anxiety and Aunt Flow. Water is nice; green tea, if you can stomach it, is especially useful for calming. I also find peppermint tea to be calming, though peppermint is usually regarded as stimulating.

Sunlight and fresh air also reduce my anxiety, as does music, pacing, stimming (if you're prone to that), a creative task such as writing, drawing, or jewelry-making, and cognitive-behavioral exercises (such as the one found here, though the iPhone also has some pretty nifty CBT apps).

There's also sleeping twelve hours a day and neglecting reality altogether, though I would not recommend this approach if you have any obligations or hobbies to attend to.

Humor is said to be the best medicine. This might help with that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGNR5yCIOmw.

I hope you feel better soon!

Swiming, watching sit-coms where they even laugh for you, animatied films like Toy Story etc.
