A stupid post about feeling stupid.
My memory-related sub-test assessments all came back around 70s to 90s when I had my assessment a year ago and though I had complained about short term memory loss issues as being one of my problems, seeing the numbers pretty much validate my feelings was still depressing and I was still upset and felt stupid and mentally slow and wondering if I could have done better somehow by... I don't know. Coffee since I get tired easily? Sleeping better the night before? Concentrating better?
It's okay to feel upset and it's okay to want to do your best and it's okay to be disappointed... even though it 'seems' like you shouldn't be.
