for the sake of education, how does one tell the low-functioning from the high-functioning on writing alone? [disregarding what they say about themselves]?

I'm not trying to be rude or elitist or anything. I have met many ASD people from all over the spectrum and have liked them all. All I'm saying is that there are some low functioning ASD members on here and it is pretty obvious. How is that controversial?

We assure you, there is no contracersy, you are wrong and it is that simple. You are also moron and kind of an A hole: at least that is what I would say if you were NT, and for all I know maybe you are. Ill give you the benefit of the doubt. I am a published artists and yet my hand writing and signature makes it immediately obvious that I have problems in real life. I still haven't gotten that issue figured out.

There are plenty of HFA like my self who have a hard time writing. There are LFA on here who can write much better than I can. Now then, you have been educated and I am warning you, if you keep doing down this route you might have issues.

I have been trying very hard to find a support group in the Denver area without much luck. I want to go to one and meet people. I just found out I have this a few months ago and I feel like I am having to completely relearn life all over again. Its kind of fun really, a second chance at life almost. I know of one in the Springs at a good pizza place, they serve gulten/dairy free pizza! But that is a 3 or 4 hour drive for me on the highway and thru a major city >:[. That drive alone takes a toll on me. I am some what interested in organizing a group here in norther colorado for people but i am kind of afraid. Well see how it goes. I am very well connected around here and would have little problem getting it accomplished.

Yes, sorry to derail the thread. Now that I think about it I guess you really cant judge people based solely off of posts.
