I wish they made indestructible lava lamps because I love watching them. :(

tangle toys (the one I like is tangle therapy because it has bumps all over it.)

I just thought of something else that's also great to have:

Weight, anything weighted.

Weighted vests and blankets are the best but honestly you really don't necessarily need to go even that far.

A bag of dried beans or rice could work. They're great to put on your sholders or arms or your lap or even your head. You can use them just in the package they come in from the store or somehow make a cloth bag with them in it.

Right now I am sitting on my couch with a homemade cloth bag of dried corn on my lap. I personally didn't make but I looks simple to make if you can find someone who has a sewing machine. It's just a long rectangle of fabric folded in half, sewn up on two sides, add the filling, then sew up the last side.

yeah, silly putty is really great except that I have a tendency to sit on it or leave it on some piece of fabric (a couch cushion and the seat of the car  ) so that it sinks in and is really hard to get out.

Theraputty doesn't sink into to fabric as easily and it comes in different "strengths" which are harder to stretch. It picks up dust and clothing fibers, and pet hairs like you wouldn't believe!

That sounds great. I'm definitely going to look into getting Thinking Putty. I don't use my Theraputy anymore because of how dirty it got.

I like the feeling of water swooshing against my skin as I swim. I also like the cool sensation around my ankles as I walk in snow that's deeper than 10 inches. I go for lots of walks in the snow and ice my bad ankle that way. In the summer, I have to lay on the couch with an ice pack below my right ankle and heel and I don't like that, because I'm not moving around.

I love swimming too. I can spend hours swimming around in the water. I don't know if it's the feeling of the water against my skin, or just the freedom of movement and being able to float that makes the water so wonderful for me.

I like those bouncy balls you get for .50¢ out of gum ball machines. I like to bounce them and catch them coming back down. I also sometime spin small coins by twisting them between my thumb and index finger.

Yoyos and those cheap plastic tops might be fun too. Some of those textured board books for babies might be nice to. You know with flurry patches for chicks and bumpy hard patches for lizard scales.
