I said 3 - Depression, Anxiety and EDNOS (Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified)

I've only been diagnosed with Dysthymia (which I don't fit the criteria for at all) and my psychiatrist thinks I have a personality disorder but I was too young to be diagnosed with one at the time. For some reason, everyone ignores the anxiety thing. I get that it's probably deemed to be the least serious of everything I have to deal with but it developed first (at age 5) so I don't know why it doesn't get more attention. I lie about my eating habits because I get too scared to admit them and I don't want them brushed off. So I shut up and no one has figured it out yet.

Thank you for not pointing that out to me, it was hard enough already to write about this ;)
I wonder if there is some bias as to what kind of people will disclose their co-morbidities, and what kind of aspies are more likely to be found at Wrongplanet to start with.

Well it's also a bit a matter of debate what's a comorbidity and what is still seen as part of ASD.
A friend of mine has OCPD and I guess also OCD, but she is told it's "just" routines. I know some autistic people but none of them behaves even close like her. She controls everything and everything three times and has many many routines.

But there are less severe cases. Many also have a bit an internet addiction or sleep issues, what are actually also comorbidities who are very often undiagnosed.

But on the other hand, sensory issues are mostly part of ASD in my opinion.

I agree on your definition of what's co-morbidities and what's not :)
I have not done enough reading (and it's not clear in what I have read) to know which is ASD and what are comorbidities myself. And then there's the fuzziness between schizophrenia and ASD that's very confusing (and fascinating) that I wasn't aware of.
The hidden comorbidities that are officially thought to be ASD means that many wont get the appropriate help, and those that do not have that comorbidity might not even get an ASD diagnosis... Problems shouldn't be dismissed, no matter what they think the reason is.

I have ADD, social anxiety, sleep disturbances and chronic fatigue.
Previous, I had episodes of reactive depression and stress disorder. For exemple, I had a posttraumatic stress after an accidentaly watching of an short video with dogs killing at the fur trade.

Depression, anxiety and OCD. I have sleep disturbances too but they are secondary to depression and OCD. I probably also have social anxiety but that's too closely linked with AS for me to consider it a distinct condition. I find it quite tricky to distinguish between OCD obsessions and Aspie obsessions but I guess I enjoy my Aspie obsessions but not my OCD obsessions. I also have mood swings but I don't have delusions or paranoia which I've observed in people with bi-polar.

Dyslexia, ADD, OCD, Generalized Anxiety, & Panic Disorder. The OCD, GAD & panic are well managed by medication. I've had psychotic depression & sleep problems in the past thou.

Dispraxia(pretty under control), General Anxiety Disorder(rampant), Chronic Depression(rampant), some type of personality disorder probably schizotypal or borderline(rampant), PTSD(rampant), trichotillomania(pretty under control), High functioning autism/aspergers(not sure if this technically counts since neurodiversity), some other stuff

I'm one hell of a mess :pale:
Technically I've only been official diagnosed with Aspergers and trichotillomania. My ex therapist would most likely say I have GAD, Depression, and PTSD. Possibly would say schizotypal or borderline, but probably not if he wasn't looking for it. I've self diagnosed myself on that one, I've come to trust my own judgement of my experiences after getting diagnosed with Aspergers. Might go get it checked out soon just for complete confirmation. Also was and still kind of am clumsy as hell so dispraxia.

Possible eating disorder, I only weigh 10 pounds above the problem line for my age and height
Possible sleep disorder, insomnia or something in that area, haven't looked much into it.

ADHD, anxiety, depression, and OCD. It may sound like a lot, but from what I understand, these are fairly common co-morbids for people on the spectrum.
